Are U a URL?
The court hearing over Pennsylvania's controversial Web site
blocking law continues. The Pennsylvania attorney
general's office has argued that blocking access to Web sites
does not interfere with free speech because Internet
addresses are not real. State attorneys argue that "a URL is
neither a person, nor a real forum, nor a limited
commodity."
